1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our shipping, courier, and logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

PT. Trans Lintas Global provides logistics, courier (Same-Day Delivery), and intercity shipping services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Items

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided for shipping is accurate and complete, including recipient details and package contents.

You agree NOT to ship items that are illegal, hazardous, explosive, or prohibited by Indonesian law or international transport regulations. PT. Trans Lintas Global reserves the right to inspect packages and refuse shipment of any restricted items.

4. Payment and Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Rates are subject to change. Payment must be made in full prior to the completion of delivery unless a credit terms agreement is in place.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PT. Trans Lintas Global, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our liability for lost or damaged packages is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the standard liability limit as per our carriage terms, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance is purchased.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Batam courts.
